Account Access

Tippsy PVP does not provide public account registration. User accounts are created and managed by authorized Tippsy PVP management.

If you cannot access your account or need your credentials changed, please contact your manager or the Tippsy PVP support team.

Reporting a Technical Problem

When contacting support, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• Your name
• Your assigned restaurant or workplace
• A description of the issue
• A screenshot of the problem, if available
• Your iPhone model
• Your iOS version
